Agreement
These terms govern your use of What's the Vibe, operated by WHAT'S THE VIBE, LLC, a New York limited liability company. By using the Service you agree to them. Contact: anna@whatsthevibe.shop.
What the Service is
What's the Vibe helps you see what people wear at real venues: community-submitted looks, embedded public social posts, community votes, and AI-assisted style suggestions with shopping links. Venue information and style suggestions are provided for general guidance only — dress codes and door policies belong to the venues, change without notice, and we do not guarantee them.
Your content
You may upload only photos you have the right to share, and you confirm this at upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display your uploads within the Service. You can delete your content, and submitted third-party links are reviewed before they appear publicly. We may remove content that violates these terms or the law.
Third-party content
Social posts are embedded through the platforms' official embed tools, always attributed and linked to the original creator. We never re-host creators' media. If you believe content infringes your rights, use our takedown page and we will respond promptly.
Shopping links
Product links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission. Retailers are independent businesses: prices, availability, and fulfillment are theirs, and purchases are transactions between you and the retailer.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no scraping or automated bulk access, no attempts to circumvent security or rate limits, no impersonation, and no submitting content you lack rights to.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes belong exclusively to the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
